Cold Steel Gunstock War Club
While there are a fascinating variety of historical examples of war clubs we could have reproduced, ours was custom designed by blade smith Rich Mc Donald. He incorporated all the best features from our favorite clubs including the ridged centreline, a short lance point, and the classic “Fawn’s Foot” handle.
To avoid the risk of cross grain breakage, we have abandoned the traditional hardwoods in favour of Polypropylene. As you may know, this material is highly resistant to shock and is practically unbreakable. And as an added bonus, this material is highly resistant to the elements and won’t warp, rot, shrink crack or splinter the way wood does.
Handle Thickness: 3.8cm

This is as unusual as it is compelling. The club is made from good quality polypropylene and high carbon steel & is nicely weighted and has a forward of hand area balance point. The wood grain effect is nice enough & the lance point spike is 'blued' to give a smooth matte (what I believe is called) cool black finish. Some will say this has no place on a preppers site, others will argue that a good club has plenty of practical uses. either way, if you are seeking a club with practical applications, that can withstand all weathers and will take a licking and keep on ticking then you could do far worse than to consider this little beauty at the affordable price.
