The EK Archery Cobra R9 90lb Self Cocking Deluxe Crossbow Kit combines the best of a pistol and a recurve crossbow making the R9 Cobra one of the most versatile self-cocking crossbows on the market today.
This crossbow will produce power of 240fps with carbon bolts, double the force of traditional pistol crossbows. The carbine style crossbow has an integrated lever making it extremely fast and easy to hand cock. The 90lb limbs of the Cobra are easily removed and reinstalled allowing the crossbows to be carried and stored. The Cobra R9 is fitted with a multitude of accessory rails that is perfect for sights, lasers or other attachments.
This Deluxe kit version comes complete with a red dot sight, should sling, fore grip and an AR style sliding stock.

EK Archery produce a range of crossbow's that are stocked at Preppers Shop UK. They have a huge range comprising of pistol, rifle and compound crossbows that are proving to be one of the most well built crossbow brands available.
So the crossbow itself is over all good quality. The cocking system is a bit sticky , it gets stuck more times then it doesn't but when it work it works well.
The working parts are all metal and the frame is heavy duty plastic like some other bows.
The arrows themselves are weak and break when fired at a hay stack, it seems like they are meant for a 80lb or a 70lb crossbow however its not the Preppers shop's fault its EK's its not the first bow I've had from them where this has happened.
I'd recommend buying a stronger bolt when they come back in stock.
