This freeze dried meal pouch is lightweight at only 100g a pouch, meaning it is easily transportable for those camping trips. Furthermore, this product has a shelf life of 7 years making it the perfect addition to your home survival supplies. 

To prepare, open the pouch and remove the oxygen absorber. Carefully add 200ml of boiling water to the pouch, stir the contents and re seal the pouch. After 8 minutes stir the meal, season to taste and enjoy!
