Dispatch Times

Order before 3pm for same day dispatch on all orders!

This dispatch time is only valid on working days (Monday-Friday), if you order on a Saturday your order will be dispatched the next working day on Monday. To qualify for same day dispatch your order needs to be completed prior to midday. If your order requires age verification this needs to be completed before your order can be considered a completed order.

Shipping Rates

Standard Delivery - 2-3 working days - £3.99

Premium Delivery - 1-2 working days - £4.29

Express Next Working Day Delivery - £5.96 

Europe - Airmail (5-7 Working Days) - £20.00

Rest of World - UPS Express (10-15 working days) - £30

Returns, Faults & Damaged Items

If you are not completely satisfied with your items then you can return them to Preppers Shop UK within 15 days of delivery. It will need to be unused and in the original condition including any packaging. Faults and damages need to be reported within 48hrs of delivery.
