We aim to dispatch all items as fast as possible. However, at busy times there may be at least 1-2 days processing on certain items. If your order requires age verification, this needs to be completed before your order can be considered a completed order.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items to Preppers Shop UK within 120 days of delivery. All returns must be unused, in their original condition, and include any original packaging.

For used military surplus items, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Please note that any faults or damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.
