The Expedition Foods Freeze Dried Meal Pouch - Beef Stroganoff With Rice - Various Sizes is the perfect addition to your bug out bag or long term food supplies. Cooked and then freeze dried, this ensures all of the flavour and nutrition is locked in and each pouch has a shelf life of 5 years! To prepare, open the pouch and remove the oxygen absorber. Slowly add hot water as indicated on the label. Stir as you pour, close the pouch and wait 5 minutes for the food to rehydrate. Stir again and enjoy your meal straight out of the pouch.

Long Grain Rice (31.5%), Yoghurt (Milk), Single Cream (Milk), Rapeseed Oil, Diced Onion, Sliced Mushroom, Diced Beef (7%), Stroganoff Paste (4.6%) (Onion Puree, Paprika, Water, Lemon Juice (Sulphites), Sugar, Parsley, Sunflower Oil, Salt, Black Pepper, Lemon Zest, Tarragon), Cornflour, Salt, Parsley, Pepper.
