This Fuel Your Preparation Freeze Dried Food Ration Meal Tin - Beef Stew With Potato is sure to be your new, favourite long life survival food! At 600g a tin, it is super lightweight yet also easy to store. It contains 6 servings, more than enough to feed the whole family! Alternatively, this product is ideal for outdoor use, such as those camping weekends away, as all you need to add is water!

To prepare a single serving, remove 100g of dry mix from the can into a solid container. Next, carefully add 280ml of boiling water and mix thoroughly. Cover and let the food stand for 8-9 minutes. Stir, season to taste and enjoy!
