All you need to do when prparing a single meal is remove 70g of dry mix from the can into a solid container. Bring to the boil 175ml of water, stir in the water to the food until mixed thoroughly, cover and let the food stand for 4-5  minutes, stir, season to taste and serve. 

To prepare the entire can just remove the three oxygen absorbers from the can, cover the contents of the can with boiling water, stir in the water to the food until mixed thoroughly, replace the lid and let the food stand for 4-5 minutes. Stir, season to taste and serve! With the ability to serve up to 15 servings this meal tin is great for large groups or to last an individual for a long time.
